Blenders ready!


Ok, ladies, get your blenders ready. It's time to detoxify! Tired of all those chicken and rice dinners that leave you bloated? This is the lunch for you.
Green Smoothies:
Blend the following:
1 banana
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 Tablespoons blueberry- pomegranate juice concentrate
1 cup soy or almond milk
1 ounce wheatgrass (if available)
fill the rest of blender with handfuls of spinach and kale

This is a raw (uncooked), natural way to receive nutrients, have your hunger satisfied, and feel energetic!

Better a meal of vegetables where there is love than a fattened calf with hatred.

This is our winter rest, right? Then breathe deeply and be rest assured that you are in His care. Take this time to appreciate what has been and what is to come.

    We do smoothies at our house nearly every morning. It is one of the few ways to get nutritious calories into dear Roman. Lately, we have been throwing in a handful of frozen green beans with the frozen strawberries. So far, no complaints!
