Patience

  Avocado Delight
2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and diced
2 tomatoes, diced
2 small can of chopped black olives
1 small can of diced green chilies
1 lemon, juiced
Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Combine all in a bowl.  Use as a dip or for filling in tacos and burritos. Add garlic, cilantro, hot pepper flakes, etc.  as desired.


   Perhaps there is only one cardinal sin: impatience.
